Every summer, Camp Birchwood closes its season with an eight-verse song sung at the edge of the lake - a tradition nobody questions until the year a camper starts dreaming a ninth verse nobody has ever heard. Twelve years ago, that closing song was interrupted mid-verse. The lake never forgot.

Jeffrey, a 14 year old boy goes out on a lake with 2 of his friends and the events that take place will change the course of all their lives in different ways than you may think. Something supernatural is going on in a small lakeside town and there's something dangerous in the air.

When the lake came back, the town thought it was a miracle. But the water wasn't theirs anymore-and what rose from its depths was never meant for them.
