Alex is a 16 year old city Girl who is force to go to her step dad's lake cabin for first time in her life. And as a city girl she gets sick of the cabin real quick. But right as she about to convince her family to leave she meets a boy named Jared who is 17 ,and has gone to the lake every summer since he was born. Jared shows her how to take in the beauty of nature and see it more than a prison full of bugs.
