Benjamin Warner is an insomniac. So when a ghost starts haunting him he thinks he's going insane. What's he going to do if he falls in love with the ghost? Resort to crime? Hang out with creeps? Dress his male friend in woman's clothing? And then be hunted down by an ancient organization of ghost hoarders? Benjamin has his supernaturals really cut out for him.

Audrey Sutton is just your ordinary teenager. Going to high school, she lives an ordinary life. That is, until she meets five seemingly normal teenagers who have dark and magical pasts. Audrey now learns that nothing is what it seems. When she is suddenly dragged into chaos and trapped in a house with these mysterious new kids and their friend with no hope of escaping, her life gets turned seeminly into something out of some fantasy book you would read as a kid. And falling in love with one of them doesn't help her case much does it? Especially as a ruthless ruler decides that they have what he wants, and will stop at nothing to get it. Can Audrey figure out a way to deal with this new fantasy-like life filled with love and hate, or will it all come crashing down into oblivion?
