Historias de Lamenters

Formerly just short story I wrote during a 4 AM bout of insomnia, now something I feel inclined to see through to the end, this is also a supporting text to explain the introduction of a character later on in HoR, because believe it or not, I actually have (most of) a plan for how HoR is going to play out.

The Lamenters. Cursed sons of Sanguinius and damned warriors of the imperium Of man. They are called traitor and heretic by those they defend yet they still defend them. Of all the lamenters none are more steadfast or noble in this duty than the Sanguinary guard. Golden armoured angels who serve as the icons Of hope for humanity. So what if one of these warriors were to find himself cast down to a world of bloody evolution, a world dived by monstrous foes. Well we shall see what happens.

Guilliman leads the forces of humanity in a desperate struggle for survival and liberated worlds after worlds, alas not every corner of the galaxy could be saved. The Lamenters chapter, what few remained that is, desperately evacuated what they can on an isolated sector known as Cadere. On the face of certain annihilation, a strike force from one of the legendary founding chapters, the imperial Fist, complimented with the aid of adeptus custodes manages to reach the isolated chapter. Saving what they can, the fleeing imperial forces gambled everything they have and escaped through a warp storm. As if the Emperor wills it, the imperial armada miraculously survives. Though they arrived into a galaxy they know nothing of.

A Strike Force of Blood Angels and Lamenters are thrust into a completely new reality, along with a fleet of Imperial Refugees. But how? And Why? If fate is to be believed, the Emperor has sent the Great Angel's Sons here with a task. They are to protect an infant Mankind from an encroaching Darkness. But even though this galaxy despises everything about them, will they be able to save it? This is a story I have already been making and writing for some time. I originally posted it on FanFiction.net, but I've decided to publish it here as well. I hope you all enjoy it, and feedback is much appreciated! 05/02/2024 I've Returned and published the last of the story I had made originally but now I am releasing my rewrites of another crossover here first, then I will recreate this story afterwards
