I noticed that a lot of Wattpad users are from America and Europe?? At least, most stories I read are based in America or Europe. I hardly see any Asians. This is me living on the other side of the world, or half of that, in a tiny country called Singapore. This book holds tons of candy and tons of salt. You have been warned. dear reader, this is a collection of poems, albeit it a rolling collection, a meshing together of my thoughts, and ultimately, my life on a page. there are references to struggles with sexuality, with lust, with mental health issues, but done is a subversive, artistic (I hope) and unique way. I rarely write nowadays as I am void of inspiration, however, on the off chance that I do, I do it to be published here. I hope you enjoy something that I have poured my heart and soul into. I read the other day 'sometimes, poetry doesn't have a meaning to those who read it. but it means something to the writer. poetry is a mystery to be solved, tackling every stanza, every line; just searching for clues into someone else's mind' - and it resonated. it summed up everything I feel about my work, my raw sentiments, right there on my screen. so, enjoy, ask questions, share and by all means, analyse.

About that shade of black that's darker, deeper and stronger. About a black so mean that it scared death away. About the blackness in my heart that seeks to all the bright. About a black so overpowering that it degrades all smiles. About That Black that can never get a tone lighter with all the white.

Each poem tells a story or a broad plot. Like the rue of an ex-ruler, or the story of a war that someone fought. None will be continued, this is really quite out of the blue I post random and weird things, things that may traumatize you. Okay, I'm only half kidding, I did make that Spongebob/Patrick Fanfiction, but I swear it was a joke and for fun, either way, I doubt it will collect traction... I've been told I'm good with rhyming, though I really cannot agree, but if you really wanna see what I can do, go check out my poetry.

That utter feeling of desolation that makes me want to sleep and wish to wake up in the time where everything will be the same as it was in my dream or maybe better. ~SkyinGray
