Except for one thing: her growing feelings for her brother's best friend. Some parts of this book are heavy, with dark themes like depression, suicidal thoughts, abuse, and wounds/scars. If you're not comfortable reading, I strongly urge you to click off. Honestly I wrote this a long time ago so the first half of the book is pretty dark but it gets better I promise
