Your hands cupped his cheeks as a sign of care and comfort. Your eyes however contrasted with your actions. They were stone cold, boring into his soul exposing himself to you. It might help you one day" With that you turned around and retreated to your room missing the look of hurt and heartbreak that flashed through his glistening eyes.
