Description: Honerva sought out planet Earth -which species look similar to Alteans, but are entirely different and unique- to kill the future Paladins of Voltron. After Keith lands himself onto Lance's distant farm on Earth the two find themselves confessing to each other. Only, Lance gives Keith a sort of ultimatum. Keith must prove that he truly loves Lance by putting him above his work. As their story grows, so does the new threat that's attempting to take over the Universe. Will the star-crossed lovers finally find happiness in each other? Or will they die defending the Universe? This fanfiction takes place on a (mostly) canon timeline two years after season 8 (I make mistakes and it starts branching off) (The front cover isn't done yet. It's been a year since the Voltron lions flew back into space and the team has been pretty relaxed with the exceptions of Keith and Lance. Keith has been working with the marmora while Lance started a farm and is still mourning over Allura. Suddenly the team gets called on a mission and the lions return. This is a book about feeling isolated. Isolated from your family because they don't trust a single word that comes out of your mouth. Isolated from your friends because they're all stuck in space and you have no means of contacting them. Occasionally they show up in your dreams but that's entirely out of your control. Isolated from the world because you've been assigned the title of yet another headcase; a victim of trauma so terrifying that you can no longer tell fantasy from reality. If they'd just trust you for five minutes, they'd understand they are jumping to the wrong conclusions. This is a story about not knowing who you can trust and questioning your own sanity. ...Did you know your memories may have been distorted without you realising? Lance sure didn't. Lance McClain was burdened with a lot of things; anxiety, fretful thoughts, a bad home life... But his obsession with stars was not, what he'd consider, a burden. He was infatuated with gazing upon those burning balls of plasma, situated million of miles away from his touch. Lance would take up any offer just to stare at them, even when handed the slimmest of chances. Even when - realistically - there wasn't a way to see them. Even if the only spot to see stars were in a city, with hundreds of other artificial lights surrounding him, drowning out the natural brilliance of the real lights strung up far in the sky above. This is a klance college AU and eactly what the title says Keith Kogane is blind. But he wants to go to college and live in a dorm. He hates it when people treat him different then everybody else. But the only person that ever hasn't done that is his roomate, Lance. I haven't met or know anyone that's blind, so if I get some things blind people do wrong then I apologize, I did look up some information about them though.
