After the events of Dragon Booster. We will follow Artha Penn through the Elite Racing Academy.

There is a legend, long ago. The legend goes something like this. The Dragon Booster, a dragon and human pair, stopped a massive war between human and dragon kind. All was well, the end. Unfortunately, not quite. A new war is on the horizon and Artha Penn is about to find out that the legend meant to save everyone doesn't work the way it's supposed to. At all. You don't have to watch the series to understand this, it's pretty straight forward.
