Landlady Stories

My Communication Arts teacher decided that as a project, we would create our own ending to Roald Dahl's short story, The Landlady. Though I had many more explicit and graphic ideas, I was told to make it school-appropriate, so I was forced to comply. When I first started my account I was really exited to post some of my writing but then I never got a chance to, and when I did have stuff it just wasn't good enough or wasn't enough to actually post something. But this was an assignment for school and I'm honestly really proud of it. It's basically a prologue to the short story The Landlady by Roald Dahl so it is really short.

So this is my interpretation of the story "The Landlady" by Roald Dahl, whom I think is an amazing author. If you've read the short story, you'll know it ends pretty low key with no answer to what happens to Billy Weaver or the landlady, or what happened to Mr Mulholland or Mr Temple but in my version, I explore it a little bit more and have given it the ending I imagined. Call it what you will. I kind of am just publishing it on Wattpad because it's for homework and I want it somewhere other than my computer because lord knows that things going to crash any day now. ~ Kacey
