Hope Mikaelson, the tribrid, has spent the past decade hunting down anyone who was ever associated with Triad, a powerful human organization that experimented on supernatural creatures. Triad no longer exists, Hope made sure of that, but she isn't finished with the people who remain. - That was her life until familiar faces from her past appeared and Hope was captured. Now she's behind bars, powerless, and a guy she had a crush on when she was fifteen might be the one person capable of breaking through her walls. The story takes place about twenty years after the finale of The Originals. After her father's death, Hope never returned to Mystic Falls or the Salvatore School.

One of which would be awe at the fact that two tribrids existed, twins at that and the other would be fright for the sheer power that the siblings radiated and the bloodline from which they descended. The twins were much alike, in the sense that they were both plagued by too much loss in their life and had closed themselves off because of it. Despite this, they were closer than ever, never one without the other. At least that was until Landon Kirby and his two foster siblings joined The Salvatore School. Or In which Klaus Mikaelson & Hayley Marshall's son finds love in a curly haired boy that was just a bit too much trouble.

Everyone knows the story of Silas and Amara and how they betrayed Qetsiyah as well as how the story ended. Well what they didn't tell you was that Amara had been pregnant. 2000 years ago, Silas ended up getting Amara pregnant. Qetsiyah, thinking that Silas and Amara would never betray her, thought it was a random man and not the love of her life. Upon learning of their betrayal, Qetsiyah connected the dots and figured out Silas was the father of Amara's baby. Finding it too cruel to end Amara's pregnancy despite her betrayal, Qetsiyah magically froze the pregnancy when she turned her to stone and made her the anchor to the Other Side. The spell eventually wore off once Amara was no longer stone, thus before killing herself and Silas, she gave birth to a daughter. She named her Diantha, after her younger sister and the ancestor of the Petrova lineage. Due to their deaths, Damon and Elena adopted the girl and raised her as their own.
