Well....should i say anything? Imma just tell what i want to say. Lets just say that, i read some stories that are like this. And some stories are just left unfinished or its no longed active. And it kinda sucks, because the story is great, but the author couldn't finish it because of their school activities. Or broke their phones, or etc. So i wanna write what's on my mind. Or rather, write my own kind of plot. So bear with me guys.

In his first life, Wèi WúXiàn died thinking no one cared or loved him. (Like in the original) Not wanting to let history repeat itself, he decided to cut ties with the cultivation world the moment he returned into his 15-year-old body again after dying at the end of the siege. When he was thrown into the burial mounds, he pretended to have died, leaving the cultivation world completely behind. In doing so, he hoped that none of his loved ones would die again, thinking he was responsible for their deaths. But boy, was he wrong. But what will happen now that Wèi WúXiàn gets a third chance? Will he still care about the sects who blamed him for everything in both lives? Would he protect them like he did before? Can he even protect his loved ones? Especially with all the pain, trauma, grievance, and guilt he carries with him. Will he be betrayed again in this life, or will he finally find his place? Read to figure it out. ; ) P.s.: This is my first fan fiction, so I would love some criticism to help me improve my writing skills. ^^ None of the characters and pictures belong to me, and some parts might be familiar as I was inspired by other authors. However, this is my AU, so it's only natural they are not like their canon counterparts as they can or have influenced each other. ^^ As for the timeline, it is oriented after the original. However, some events may happen sooner than they should. At the end of each chapter, there is a general information section about mechanics of the story. A year after the events at Guanyin Temple, the cultivation world hasn't changed much. I'm a time travel hoe, I'm a sucker for it so obviously this one is yet again another travelling through time story, however this one follows lan xichen from 5 years post canon going back to the past when leaders of different sects gathered to discuss WWX 's attack on qiongqi path killing multiple jin cultivators , freeing the remaining wen then going and residing in the burial mounds. And because lan xichen cannot take a rest, because Lans are weak to alcohol he goes back drunk and blabbers in front of everyone: "wangji, where's my nephew? did you and wuxian fight that he took A-Yuan and stormed to the burial mounds again? brother, you can't do this." Lan Zhan carresed my head as if I would be gone forever. 'Lan Zhan, Lan Zhan. You're such a fuddy buddy' I was laughing inside, but that caused a waterfall made out of blood that went out of my mouth. I coughed. "We Ying, don't strain yourself. Please" Lan Zhan begged with panic. "I can't lose you, not again. " Lan Zhan," I looked at him. "Who says you're losing me?" I asked him, amused (even though my life force was snapping away). "I died once, and got resurrected by that lunatic, Mo YuanYu. I'll live again." I told him. He shook his head. "Its impossible to get revived twice, Wei Ying," I still managed a mocking face. "You should know, as the Yilling Patriarch." He looked at me skeptically. "Well, you of all people should know this, Hanguang Jun." I gazed at the cultivators around me with sadness. "That the Yilling Patriarch can make the impossible, the possible" I coughed out blood, but with much difficulty. I was starting to lose my vision. Lan Zhan yelled my name but I knew my time was up, the last thing I heard was Lan Zhan singing Xianyun. "If I gave you my life answer my inquiry, Would you spend this lonely night beside me?" Everything went dark.
