The lantern maker, Scipio Razven, is on the run when the Rouge Sunstroyer attempts to steal a new lantern powered by a mysterious, alien liquid fuel called the Autumnix. The chase continues in the Xsimr world where the Glittered Inktraitor and his alternate self, Casmiel Doronai, seek the assistance of swordsman Killian Decuir and his son Drave Decuir, the Fairy Queen's envoy. Together, the Glittered Ink Duo and the Decuir family follow Scipio's lantern in outer space, hoping to acquire the liquid fuel, before it falls into the vile clutches of the Rouge Sunstroyer.

All Serenity knew was this: one there were strange aliens falling from the sky in New York City and attacking her and her friends (they just went to go look around!), people were running, there was this weird red robot, a cute guy in some sort of American suit, a hot strong blond with a hammer, a giant green angry man and a redhaired lady in some leather suit. Oh, and some cute blond that carried arrows saved her life. She doesn't know who this guy is but she's deeply in love with him and can't wait to see him again. Only she doesn't know him very well and where did he go? So Serenity decides to do the one thing that will help her: wait for him to come to her. So after waiting for a VERY LONG TIME, New York City is under attack by a man named Doctor Doom and the Arrow Man Guy comes back. Serenity feels that this is her one chance to get to know him only will she ever tell him her love for him when he's going around and trying to save people, completely ignoring her until he's done saving them?

He turned the key into the lock and opened the door. To his horror he saw a little boy in the corner, his skin looked wash out like he was drained of all life that still lived within him. He was stilling away from the man and was sitting in the same corner with his arms wrapped around him. His arms looked oddly long and over his back his fingers lapped each other in a way he was holding himself. He man had come in the room with a lantern, still holding it in his hands looking at the boy concerned and confused why is he here the lady at the front desk said that this room was empty he thought to his self. The man took a couple steps closer towards the boy. He saw the back of his neck had three scratch marks, they were deep down to his fame of white chalky bones and had blood smeared across the wounds, and the boy was crying. The man feeling more concerned then confused now about the boy. He said "are you okay?" Not knowing anything thing else to say.

Everything was normal (as normal as it gets anyway) until I found my great great uncle Pablo's shattered lantern in our attic, along with a rusted nail and neatly folded note. Addressed to me.
