A soulmate au where you can see the remaining time your partner has left to live on your wrist; though the number is indefinite and can change based on events around the person or if they are in impending danger or not. - Xiao- the remaining yaksha, responsible with carrying the pain and suffering from the great archon war. He is used to being alone, and prefers it that way; never payed attention to his wrist- never cared. Until one evening, a traveler catches him off guard and points out the remaining time on his wrist. They throw some valid points at him and make him think a lot. And so he sets off to save his soulmate, will he make it to them in time or will xiao's soulmate forever be deceased. - Reader/traveler is gender neutral so I will try my best to use they/them pronouns, if I by any chance happen to slip up somewhere please comment so I can fix it!
