Liliya Katerina Vertov grew up in the grand palace together with her brother Dominik Vertov and his best friend Nikolai Lantsov. For most of the Grisha at the little palace, Liliya was just a normal Inferni. Just a couple of people know that she is also able to summon the stars, she can summon every little star except for the sun. At 15 years old she decides to leave the palace with 16 year old Nikolai, because of the growing interest of Kirigan in her or more her powers.
