Would she be the one that could change the the cold hearted nerd and would she be the one can filled the heart of empty nest of her heart, ??.. Well let's find out... First time making a Lapidot Story as a fun I'll make it count...

Lapis just wanted a quiet semester. New campus. New dorm. No drama. Unfortunately, her roommate is Peridot-an intense engineering student who talks too fast, studies too hard, and somehow manages to drag Lapis into robotics competitions, beach trips, and a chaotic friend group that includes Steven, Amethyst, Pearl, and Garnet. What starts as reluctant tolerance slowly becomes something deeper. But when Jasper-Lapis's complicated and painful ex-shows up at the same university, the past comes crashing back. Old emotions ignite, tensions rise across campus, and one explosive confrontation forces everyone to face the truth about who they used to be-and who they're trying to become. Between ocean sunsets, late-night study sessions, and one very nervous confession on the beach, Lapis and Peridot discover that sometimes the most unexpected connections are the ones that change everything.

As she tries to keep the secret that she is in love with another girl, the secret soon gets out and spreads. A few centuries later, The Earth is starting to crumble. An Unknown Dark OverLord is destined to rise... Peridot, is one of the crowd who are crying for their lives, evacuating. But she was left behind. Forced to hide.... Alone....

Lapis Lazuli is living a perfectly normal life in a land called HomeWorld... that is, until she meets Peridot. Lapis takes a vaca on a cruise ship where she meets Peridot and soon befriends her. Then a huge storm hits the ocean right as Lapis and Peridot become best friends and sinks the ship! Lapis grabs Peridot and flies her and herself to a nearby island where they take shelter. Lapis then realizes her source of power, her gem, is broken and can't fly her and Peridot back home! Now they have to survive on the island together until her gem is fixed. Peridot is very frustrated that she can't get home but soon finds the beauty in the island and is thankful she is stuck with her new best friend! As the island brings them together, possibly into more than friendship, Lapis' gem begins to heal. Suddenly Lapis and Peridot get into an argument that could possibly bring them apart. Will the island drive them apart, or bring them together? Disclaimer: I don't own anything.

"Come on, you have to know SOMETHING!!" " Sorry, can't help you." I cross my arms and smirk. " That's it!" Jasper pulls out her gun and cocks it. "I'm going to ask you one last time. What do you know about Peridot Diamond!!?" Art isn't mine

I stared at her small green hands. In between her fingers was a string going through a seashell. It was turquoise colored at the base and fanned out into white as it went farther down the shell. I looked up from her hands and stared at her. She had a small cat-like grin and her eyes were filled with pride. I felt my heart melt just by looking at her.

After Lapis leaves earth Peri teams up with Steven and the over Gems to find her.

I decided to make a really short lapidot story. (I will probably write more One shots on here)
