Lapidot human AU. I suppose this story is about my best friend. I can't deny my feelings for her, but I can hide and suppress them, like I have done for a few years. Feelings are unnecessary. The friendzone sucks. But I still want her. This story will be the same as "My Best Friend Peridot", just told from Peridot's POV.

Lapis was affected a lot in the past, and she just wanna stay safe in her shell made out of tear. But there was a short blonde girl called Peridot, walked in her dorm room and change her life.

Peridot and Lapis both have the same problem, they have never really known how to feel love, that was until they met each other and suddenly they realised that the world is so beautiful and bursting with colour. As alleged claims of mermaid sightings start popping up all over the globe, a short blonde named Peridot Olivine scoffs at the idea of a mermaid existing.
