After One Direction's indefinite hiatus in 2016, Harry and Louis decided to take a break for the sake of their mental health. Louis, a previous gastric bypass patient, now works at the hospital where the life-saving surgery was performed on him. His job is to talk to help motivate and reassure patients in line for the surgery. It's in the same room he was in five years ago where he meets Harry, twenty seven years old and six hundred thirty-nine pounds, striving for his weight and life to do a three hundred sixty degree turn around.

Gdy przeprowadza się do małego mieszkania w centrum Londynu ma nadzieje, że zakończy pewien etap w życiu. Niestety po znalezieniu pracy, Fred - jego szef nie daje mu nawet chwili odpoczynku. Brunet jest wykończony, łazienka kojarzy mu się już tylko z jedną szufladą. Tylko z jedną czynnością. Louis po przeprowadzce do Londynu, znajduje świetną prace. Mieszkanie z Zayn'em wychodzi mu na dobre, dopóki wysoki brunet z burzą loków nie staje im obu na drodze. Szatyn chodź nie wie jak zaradzić problemom Harry'ego, chce być blisko chłopaka.
