Every since, the two were unseperable. That is until the First Order come to the sandy planet, looking for a BB droid the girls just so happen to have saved the night before. Asta is captured, but what happens when the man behind the mask, is her long lost childhood friend. Will sparks fly? Or will the battle between dark and light chocke the flame altogether. _________________

Otherwise you'd probably be confused. Ben Solo is conflicted. Ever since he was just fifteen years old he has had a dark presence in his mind, a dark manipulative voice that infected his mind until he became the violent and destructive machine that Supreme Leader Snoke wanted him to be. But now there's a presence. A light presence within the force that he can sense pulling him to the light. This presence is Rey, just some nobody scavenger from Jakku. And yet she has the power to affect Kylo Ren in ways that he never thought possible. A Rylo story

We pick up the story right at the end of The Last Jedi. Kylo Ren & Rey are still unsure if they are truly enemies. Rey & the rebellion are fleeing Crait aboard the Millenium Falcon and Kylo Ren is flexing his ruling muscles as the new Supreme Leader. Why are they still bonded? Is Ben a lost cause? Can Rey and the rebels survive the wrath of the First Order? Is Ben truly going to destroy the Rebellion for good? Or will Rey rekindle the light within him? The Fight for Balance begins...

Fire claws its way up the interior of the old base as Daneeyra struggles to get away from her pursuers, not even sure how she got in this position. Falling to the ground she clutches her side in pain, her blood seeping between her long fingers, as a dark figure looms over her. "Get me out of here." The red head grits out as the figure- a he it looks like, squats to her height on the ground. "What do you know of the Force?" He's asks as she looks at him like he's a lunatic. "The Force, is the reason for all of this. It only ever leads to destruction. Does that answer satisfy you?" Cringing in pain between her poisonous words, Daneeyra watches as he tilts his head in observation. "We'll see about that. You've not experienced the Dark Side." *Kylo Ren story, starting a bit before Force Awakens!

Thea was found alone and on the verge of death in the middle of the Jakku desert by none other than Luke Skywalker. He immediately felt the power that surged from her with the force. Thea had no memory of her life before he found her, so he took her under his wing and basically adopted her. Not even a year after staying with Luke her powers were showing, and she needed to be taught how to control them. Same goes for his nephew Ben Solo. So, he started his own Jedi Temple. As soon as Thea and Ben laid their eyes on each other for the first time, an invisible bond forever tied itself to them. Their friendship grew stronger as they trained together, and over time that bond grew into something more. That is, until the first order and the dark side of the force ruined it all. Ben is easily captured by their ways and power, and soon betrayed all he has known, leaving the love of his life to return to a destroyed temple believing Ben Solo was dead. But as their paths cross again and she finds out who Kylo Ren really is, she won't let him get away that easily and neither will he with her. She intends to stick around to remind Ben of the light, but is Ben too far gone to return? Or will she succeed in bringing the love of her life back? -- Oh man, I'm terrible at summaries but I promise it's good. I re-did all of it recently since TROS came out, because it was so bland and didn't even have anything special about the story so I changed all of it and honestly I'm very proud of how it turned out.
