The Cordyceps Brain Infection is a deadly disease, which is the death sentence of everyone who is infected. But not Ellie. Ellie is immune, which made her the key and only hope for a vaccine or remedy. Four years ago Joel decided to choose Ellie's life over the life of every living human being by killing almost every member of the organization and the doctor's who were willing to sacrifice Ellie for a higher cause. Ellie never forgave Joel for deciding over her life, but when a former member of the organization arrives at their hometown, Joel gets the chance to make up for what he did.

(So this is my first ever fan fiction, please go easy on me. I'm trying to get better at writing fiction and this seemed like a fun practice exercise. I'm not saying this is canon but to me, it seems like an interesting possibility. Also, language and SPOILERS. I hope you enjoy!) Ellie, with no where else to go, returned to Jackson in hopes of finding Dina and Jj after returning home and finding it empty. Ellie lives in her old place which had been left available in the off chance she did return. Joel's home remains a memorial, the front stoop still covered in flowers and sympathy cards. Dina and JJ moved back to Jackson shortly after Ellie left to find Abby one last time. Dina and JJ live close by, closer to Jesse's family. Ellie and Dina have seen and spoken to each other but Dina is not ready to forgive Ellie for what she's done. Or is she?

(Warning these ideas may include properties such as pregnancy and hyper pregnancy spirit pregnancy type of stuff that some people won't like if you don't like anything of the above just leave but if not let's get into it) Last of us Role Play Idea (Reason I've only really been thinking of last of us plots is because I currently replaying 1 and 2 and all that my mind can think of is last of us ;-; lol , btw this is the adult Ellie not young Ellie) Idea1:bitten Has it's perks (bite reaction pregnancy) It's 2039 and Ellie was out on patrol On patrol with Dina and was tripped over and bitten by a strange looking infected it wasn't anything she had ever seen before but right after she was bit the creature instantly died and luckily she was bitten a tiny bit near the same spot where she was originally bitten and didn't think much of it since she's immune to the infection but what she didn't know is that the bite triggered a reaction that would make her rapidly grow pregnant And would last twice as long then a normal pregnancy Idea:2 The Past Will Never settle (spirt pregnancy idea) (legit thought of this instantly after making the first one) Ellie and Dina were trapped inside an abandoned fireflies base and it had spirits of dead fireflies members and they were all mad with Joel because he killed them over ellie and immediately were looking for Ellie ever since and now that she's here she would have to find a way out before they will...
