After living together for two years, Last Order starts to notice everyone around her is getting older. Even her sisters are each spending time in incubators so that their appearance would match that of the original; Mikoto. Though Last Order is being left out of the aging process. She starts to wonder why and eagerly wants to grow up as well, not knowing that Accelerator has been keeping her away from those kind of worries. She was a child and should remain a child. He didn't like this kind of change. But what is it he doesn't want to happen so badly?

Academy city, the most technologically advance city in the world, and a place filled with espers, people with amazing abilities that are ranked from level 0 to level 5. But Academy city isn't the only place that has espers. The European Union has created there own esper training facility. It may not have many students, or even many that have abilities over level 3, but they do have a few level 5 of there own. There first rank is truly exceptional. His name is (Y/n) (L/n). A esper with the ability to control time. Because of his British origin, he's been given the nick name Time Lord. He's a 16 year old guy that looks like a 10 year old.......
