Dimitri Belikov takes Tasha's offer, leaving Rose and the St. Vladimir gates behind. Rose will do anything to get him back, but from the looks of it, Dimitri is happy. Set at the end of Last Sacrifice They thought life was back on track. Dimitri was a dhampir again, feeling and wanting to be with Rose. They were back at Court, having solved Queen Tatiana's murder, found Lissa's missing sibling, Lissa had been crowned Queen, and Tasha had been tried and executed. Everything should be back on track, but it wasn't. I don't own the cover art, original story etc. Feel free to take anything from this idea, sharing is caring after all :)

Dimitri says, "Love fades, mine has." Rose doesn't believe him but one incident changes everything. When she's forced to face reality, she turns to someone who she never knew was on her side the whole time. The new changes and challenges she goes through are both nerve-racking and exciting. A story about after the Last Sacrifice to show how I would have included things. I am not Richelle Mead and I only want to do this for fun as I really enjoyed the books. Read this to continue the story of Rose and Dimitri. I also planned to create another short story of pre-Frostbite. It will be called 'Life at Saint Vladamir's'.

Everyone learns about the cycle of life at a young age, and Mirela, Mira, Dragomir, was no different. Although she didn't really understand it until the death of her grandfather when she was 7 years old, but in all honesty, Prince Frederick Dragomir was already old in his mid to late 70's, so when he merely didn't wake up from his sleep, it didn't come as much of a shock. Her grandmother, Princess Rhea Dragomir, followed her husband two years later, although her diagnosis was a broken heart as well as a declining old health. But besides those two close events, Mira and her family weren't really touched by death, sure they were warned about it, but it was one thing though be warned about it and another to actually suffer through it and see it, that it until the night of the Queen's 60th birthday where the Dragomir Family suffers 3 major losses. Which in turns prompts the remaining two Dragomirs to go down different yet similar paths that would keep them apart from one and other for a long while. 𝖔𝖗 𝖎𝖓 𝖜𝖍𝖎𝖈𝖍 Mira has to learn to navigate life, as a Royal or just in general without the crutch that is her twin brother for ther rest of her life while dealing with an escapee younger sister, a reckless Dhampir surogate sister, an honorary uncle that tries to kill them all. Along with Strigoi, the Royal Court and attempts on her life and to steal her crown.
