Emi spends her last summer vacation before starting college with her cousin in Italy. She only has relaxation, tanning and making new friends on her mind. While she does meet new people, there's one person she just can't seem to get along with. Caden is 20, always chasing life outside, traveling, exploring, never staying still. While Emi quickly bonds with the group, Caden keeps his distance. He is not used to girls being part of it, and it shows. Emi keeps trying to be kind to him, but he reacts with teasing, sarcasm, and irritation, often coming off meaner than he means. What starts as tension and constant clashing slowly shifts as they spend more time together. And little by little he begins to let her in, even if he does not realize it yet.

"It's a little game I like to call "Beautiful little minutes." "Wow. That's deep, " I laugh, picking on him a little. "Oh hush. Now close your eyes." "Wait, how do you play?" "You give me a number 1-10 and I get to do whatever I want to you, within those minutes." "That's unfair." "I havent finished explaining yet, Kitty. If you moan or flinch in anyway, I win and we skip you're turn. However, if you don't, in those minutes, I lose, and it's your turn to do anything to me." "Hmm, tempting."
