This is a near carbon copy of a letter written to a lady whom I loved and lost. It was delivered to her doorstep in her absence the day prior to her birthday, interlaced with copies of many of the drawings we made within our times together(can be seen throughout).

I didn't realize at first that those were going to be his last words... I never stopped to think that I wouldn't get another chance to call his name and have him throw his arms around me. I would never be able to tell him how much I loved him or how important he was to me, ever again. I couldn't even comprehend the thought of losing him. It's been seven years since that day and they haven't seen each other since. Carla became a school counsellor in the hopes of giving support to young children who are struggling with life but she never really lets herself fall back into her past. Evan became a paramedic so that he could save lives and save people from having to hear how their loved ones died moments before they arrived at the scene.
