The planet Tezcatlipoca has had a fixed number of residents for centuries but that number has mysteriously started shrinking. When a residents vessel is worn out, she is transferred into a new vessel and reborn... At least that's what's supposed to happen. Our Tezcatlipocana is mysteriously reborn as an inferior life form known to humans as a "ewe" but she wont let that stop her from finding a way back to her dying planet & the family she left behind. All she wants is to get back home. (TW:death, suicide, & substance abuse. The story isn't inherently dark but please don't read it if you don't feel like you're in the right head space.)
