After the government was overrun by psychopath serial killers, the whole country was placed under a law in which no one can laugh. It was based on the "try not to laugh" challenge, but the punishment is death. Twin brother and sister, Stella and Benjamin, who are part of a secret organization, are on a mission to stop the psychopaths from ending all laughter in the United States and more countries.
