Kara agreed to help and Oliver agreed for her to bring her older sister to help out as well. Oliver knew that something else was gonna on with Kara and in doing so he offered that Kara to take some time away from her Earth and Alex agreed as well, telling her that she'll tell J'onn to step in for you and let James know that she needed time away. The weeks she stayed over on Earth-1 she and Oliver grew close and shared their past trauma, they even started feel close feelings for each other and it didn't sit well with Oliver's ex-fianceé that he was more open to someone else than he used to be with her.
