This case became the beginning of Gu Xuan and her working side by side once again. The United Nations Federation is a multination collection of federal led countries dedicated to the safety of the world, be it from common thugs (unlikely, police officers deal with that.) or international war criminals and highly dangerous 'villains' classified as 'a threat to world peace' who get hunted down by everyone.
