As they work on the case they discover something that was unexpected, especially in this situation. This is a Lawlight fanfic (Death Note). I do not own any of the characters in this fanfic, I also don't own the cover (from manga). This is my first fanfic so it may not be the best

Light and L are reborn into another life. Memories are remembered, bit are they real or just a dream. They're reborn in the modern day in the year 2022. Will they remember each other or will they think it was just a dream. Watch as they remember each other are the feelings the same new or are they going to learn new things about each other now that the case is over. (Yes I know he was alive in 2010 but just shhh we're going to pretend the original story was in 1999)

Light Yagami, a brilliant individual who is quick on his feet. With many expectations to meet, he's always held up a polished, picture perfect persona, if you will, but that person wasn't 𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑙. The boy inside the costume was drifting away from himself, slowly giving up. L Lawliet, one of the most mysterious men on the planet. He could do anything expected of him and more, yet, the truth paints a different picture. With many hidden gifts, his life is becoming almost unbearable for living. ! I DO NOT OWN DEATH NOTE OR ANY OF IT'S CHARACTERS !

As the title suggests these are some of the stories that I came up with regarding some characters in the dead of the night. Note that these are strictly self indulgent thus I apologise if some characters are OOC. Also, the reader is gender neutral just FYI. More characters will be added soon. So, without further ado let us enter the beautiful world of dreams where you could be with anyone you imagine. obviously I do not own any of these characters and no rights belong to me. Settling into the new Kira Task Force headquarters after Light's time in captivity, L makes the decision to be chained to Light and with him 24/7. This decision was, on the surface, meant to create pressure for his prime suspect and to disallow Kira committing more murders under his watch. However, Light is no longer sure exactly why he insisted that he be put into captivity, and he does not quite seem like he remembers or possesses the power to commit murder from a remote location. As the two of them coexist with forced proximity at all hours of the day, questions of dignity, personal space, and the nature of their relationship arise, all while Light deals with the fact that his father seems to give his ongoing consent to this situation. [An alternate universe exploring the unsettling details of the 'chained together' situation, culminating in some release of sexual tension with a lot of emotional and character exploration along the way.
