Moon Knight fic. After joining forces with Marc Spector (aka Moon Knight, plus Steven Grant) and Layla el-Faouly, Alexandria Price finds herself in deep trouble in the world of ancient deities, and their ancient rivalries. Freeing one from divine imprisonment in an ushabti is bad enough... but two is even worse. She's going to need a lot of help to get herself out of this one, and with humanity on the line there is a whole world to lose. (This isn't going to be comic accurate so steel yourself if you're picky about the Marvel content you read.)

She hated the people in it. She hated herself. Perhaps that's why Sekhmet chose her, four years ago, to be her Avatar. Maybe that's why Nora said yes. But why wouldn't she be mad? Her whole life, people have used her. They've kept her at her lowest so she could never leave. Sekhmet was no exception. Nora had come to accept this as her reality, so it was very surprising when she met a man, or rather two in the same body, who didn't immediately try to manipulate her. Still, they were bound to turn on her eventually, right? Marc Spector knew what it was like to serve under a demanding god. He hated it. The things that Khonshu made him do would keep him up at night. Marc wouldn't wish this fate on anyone, especially not Steven Grant, whom he had tried so hard to keep ignorant to his way of life. It didn't help that they shared a body. But to see a child have to deal with the same nightmare that he did was rage inducing. Izabella Spector, eldest child of Elias and Wendy Spector. The simple, happy times of childhood; of a friend circle chattering about the next sleepover, huddled under the blankets in the middle of the night, to the simplicity of a forehead kiss every night by each of her parents. There had been struggles; far and few. Stupid, senseless, if she thought back on it now. Petty arguments between her, Marc, and Randall. Silly fights over sharing what with who. Sibling antics, loving and kind in the most annoying ways. Had she known how easily it could be torn away from her; had she known how much she had taken that loving family for granted, she would have cherished those moments more. It's frightening how fast an unexpected storm could tear down something that was once so beautiful.

The Fist of Khonshu meets the Eye of Ra... Steven Grant finally gets the job of his life: being a docent at the small but friendly Bennington Museum in the heart of Manhattan. Marc Spector, on the other hand, has agreed to a final divorce with his wife, and is doing his best to hide in the shadows of Steven's life. Neither of them miss being Khonshu's fist, but thanks to a mysterious third party, Jake Lockley, and a new avatar for the ferocious goddess of war, Sekhmet, it looks like they don't have a choice...they must return to action as the antihero Moon Knight. Between wrestling with the invisible 'steering wheel' which exists between the three personas, they all find new interests and new love in New York City in the aftermath of the Battle of New York. AU where the events of Moon Knight happen prior to the Battle of New York in the MCU year 2012.

Outside the British Museum, Steven Grant encounters a sleeping tourist on a park bench, and can't resist pouring his heart out.

After somehow meeting the Avengers, Steven manages to encounter the Master of the Mystic Arts, Dr. Strange. Don't technically need to read the last part in order to understand this 🤞

"You keep asking me questions. I don't have the answers to Beth." Layla said with a sigh "Well, yeah. But you should know where the father to your literal child is!" Beth groaned from the other line. "This child was a mistake... and I'm guessing so was this marriage shit." Layla frowned as she looked down to her now sleeping daughter in her arm. "She is quite adorable, though."
