Honestly, I've been writing a story and have quite enjoyed writing it. I found a web site I thought would be good for posting it, but that failed terribly. Well, not terribly, but it is tough to get the word out. I considered pulling the plug but decided not to do that. In stead, I am posting this here. And maybe other places. Anyhow, I'm posting this as, yes, an advertisement. I want to tell you about my story, but more importantly I want you to read the story. It is called "Chronicles of the Astro-Corps". I post a new part every month on the second. I just posted Part 1. It is about dragons. Yeah, dragons. Space dragons, actually. And four friends who have to stop these dragons from eating the cores of stars and wiping out the human race. Pretty effing awesome. If I am happy with the number of readers soon enough, I'll keep posting where I have been. If not, I'll stop and post somewhere else. MAYBE here. I'm not sure though. In an alternate Earth, humans called "Blazers" have supernatural abilities. These Blazers can materialize weapons known as a "Device" which are made through a person's soul. At Hagun Academy, Blazers are selected as representatives for the Seven Star Sword Art Festival, an annual tournament event held by the seven Mage Knight Academies in Japan to determine the strongest Apprentice Knight. This story is about a young man named Shirako Takamoto. Shirako isn't born a blazer nor is he from this Earth. He is the first non-blazer to attend Hagun Academy, but nobody knows that he is studying to become a doctor. Shirako only attends Hagun Academy to carry the family honor as a natural-born samurai.
