I was moved to write this story in an effort to educate people about God, His laws and how it caused me to separate myself from a religion I practiced for nearly 40 years. I also hope to inspire others to gain an interest and perhaps, as I have obtained, a passion for studying Biblical Hebrew. I will also uncover a centuries old conspiracy to conceal the actual name of God! Another purpose is to dispel some myths that people that leave The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints leave for only two reasons; they have lost faith, or they have been offended by someone. This is not the case with me, and I believe there is a growing number of people who have left for similar reasons. I want to be clear, my intent is not to destroy the church. I do not have any animosity towards the church nor the leaders or members. I acknowledge many members and leaders of the church are truly dedicated to living the gospel the best they know how. I also have great empathy for current members of the church as just a few years ago, I was a devout member of the church myself!

I will upload a chapter a day until I have a good sample up, and then I'll upload the rest once the book is no longer exclusive on Amazon. Eliza Dunmar is about to turn thirty-one and fears her best days are behind her. Soon she'll be too old to attend church in a singles ward, her career as a painter is no longer considered cool, and she feels too old to use the excuse that she's "just starting out" to explain why she still can't pay the bills. The only man interested in her is a scruffy, video game addicted nerd who is the first to admit that they are all wrong for each other. When her beloved Aunt Nora calls from England and begs her to visit, Eliza leaps at the chance. Even better? Nora had the perfect romance with her late husband and is eager to share the tale. As Eliza sets out to immortalize this courtship in a series of paintings, she learns a lesson that will change her outlook on life and love forevermore.

*On Hiatus* Sariah is your regular every day good girl. Ha! She wishes! She is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, or more commonly known as a Mormon. Without even that information, people treat her as an outcast. She is the only one of her faith at her school, and no one holds her standards. She is constantly faced with the same question. Why can't everyone just except me for who I am? Then she meets Logan. He's a sweet outcast, like her. They talk and spend time with each other, but Sariah is worried about what happens next. She's only 14 year old, and doesn't know what she wants to do with her life. Hello! Just your average run of the mill modern Mormon Girl and teenage aspiring writer! Haha, I wish there was a 'normal' member of my church! No, but I'm excited to start writing this book! I have wanted to do this for the longest time. I hope you enjoy, maybe even learn about my faith. If you find any errors, don't be scared to point them out. If anyone wants to make me a cover, that would be amazing! ~RLgirl :)

"Don't you quit. You keep walking, you keep trying, there is help and happiness ahead. Some blessings come soon. Some come late. Some don't come until heaven. But for those who embrace the gospel of Jesus Christ, they come. It will be alright in the end. Trust God and believe in Good Things to Come." ~ Jeffrey R. Holland My grandparents reminded me every time I saw them that life would get better of I had the faith to keep pushing on. I guess that is why I have always fought through my trials and hardly ever let the smile fade from my face. It may also explain why I never allowed myself to cry in front of others. I thought it was a sign of weakness; later I would learn that it is a great symbol of strength, however, before I get to all the lessons I have learned it'd make more sense to start at the beginning where I believe it all started to unfold.
