For generations, WaveClan, MarshClan, and LeafClan have lived by the traditions that define them. But when an ancient prophecy reaches a young medicine cat who has never before heard the voice of StarClan, the future of every Clan begins to change. Coastpaw longs to become a Wave Rider, even though his destiny has already been decided by the path of his parents. Sedgepaw dreams of becoming the greatest warrior in MarshClan, refusing to let an old injury stand in her way. Duskpaw has spent his entire life believing StarClan has ignored him-until a single vision reveals that the fate of all three Clans rests in the paws of a chosen few. As the tides turn and the breeze changes, these three young cats must navigate their paths carefully, or everything the Clans have known could coil up like a snake, slip between the stones, and vanish into the darkness forever.
