Desperate to find a way back home, he embarks on a journey, meeting familiar faces along the way. However, when an unforseen prophecy comes into play -one that never made an appearance in the books- Daniel finds himself on a perilous journey if he ever wishes to escape alive. All while he tries to keep his true identity a secret from his new friends. But when something starts to pull the strings on his mind and the world around him, it's clear something much more sinister is on the horizon. As such, he finds himself risking it all to save a world he's not even supposed to exist in. As well as having to choose. Whether living life as dragon... Is worth leaving his human life behind. ---------------------------- Hello fellow WoF readers this is only my second story and my first based on WoF so expect errors. I accept any ideas and Constructive criticism (don't be too harsh please) so come along for the ride. NOTE: Things may seem off within the story such as: A confusing timeline, unexplained plot holes, out of character reactions, etc. All I can say is that they're in there on purpose for the most part and will be explained as you read through the story. It has been more than a thousand years since the reunion of Pyrrhia and Pantala - the Distant Kingdoms and the Lost Continent. The dangerous and wild Poison Jungle has swallowed Pantala whole, and most of the Pantalans have either been wiped out or are living in Pyrrhia. Normally the LeafWings would know how to handle this - but there are almost no LeafWings left, and the Jungle is stronger than it has been before. The queens of the ten tribes are panicking; almost everyone suspects the LeafWings are responsible for bringing the Jungle across the ocean. As a final, desperate attempt to save their tribes, the queens set up a series of underground caves for a select few dragons to hide. After a horrific accident, sixteen dragons will be put to the test and forced to venture out onto the continent for the first time in years. Wings of Fire belongs to Tui T. Sutherland, I only own my ocs, same for Pokemon/Flight Rising. (ok this may sound weird already but bear with me. This will have a lot of stuff going on but trust the process.) This story starts off in the same setting at my other story, Ocean's Reach. It has been months since I updated it and this story is basically a rewrite. Might move this to other sites later, but for now, IF YOU SEE IT ON ANYWHERE ELSE BUT WATTPAD, THEN THIS IS STOLEN. Spoilers for wof obviously. Description (story set 500 years in the future)- Peridot is an odd-looking NightWing, of which she thinks she's half RainWing, but she can't confirm because she has no idea who her parents are. Also, besides her green wings and some gold scales, the power of electricity isn't natural either. She might be animus cursed, she does not know, but she does not care. She just wants to have fun. (Flight Rising Nocturne dragon.) Galaxy is the first ever AllWing, which with the recently started hybrid wars, means he knows in the future, he could possibly have a bounty on him. He just hopes Tropical Island Academy will keep him distracted and safe in the meantime. Lapis is a happy and friendly SeaWing, who is also a princess. She yearns for adventure and friends, however, there is one thing. Her mother made her swear to never use her animus magic unless it's life or death, though she wishes she can use it. Of course... what her mother doesn't see, she doesn't know... DarkTrail is a prince, and born with NightWing powers. However, this silent and intelligent dragonet has a huge secret that could ruin his reputation if anyone finds out. Fortunately, he has done an excellent job at keeping it to himself. What will happen when fate suddenly changes, and for the worst? Disaster is looming, and soon, Pyrrhia and Pantala will be thrown into complete turmoil. What will be done about it? Read to find out.

My personal WoF headcanons. You don't have to agree, but be respectful.

There are some songs that really fit the personalities of some Wings Of Fire characters. This is what I think fits best. I am open to suggestions of songs and characters.

Years have passed. The Pantalan tribes now live on Pyrriah. But a new threat rises, same with a prophecy. Five dragons were chosen to raise eight dragonets, in which were picked out by an oracle. The dragonets must go out an face this peril, and bend, break their destined future.

Book One: The Posison Jungle -------------------------------- Holly Mcmeares is your average homeschooled girl with a love for books, an awkward social life, and a bizarre sense of humor. Things get more deadly, when she starts hearing the voice of the Breath of evil, a seintient plant bent on ruling Pantala and devouring all life. It only get weirder when she realizes she has feelings for Mandrake. . . Now tied between her emotions and her home, she tries to keep her friends safe, even as strange feelings swarm beneath. ------------------------------- Book Two: The Flames of Hope The Othermind has taken Pantala. Blue and Swordtail have become the propterty of Queen Wasp. Queen Sequoia, Belladonna, Nettle, and countless other Leafwings have been infected with the Breath of evil. Hawthorn had lied. A fellowship of twelve dragons has been chosen to return to the other continent and uncover the truth, to go where no dragon has ever gone before: under the earth, into the caves and taverns of Pantala. They must find the Aybss, a mysterious chasm that might be the key to defeating the Othermind and rescuing their friends. Little do they expect it, but when they land, they are intercepted by Hivewings. Moonwatcher is captured, along with Mandrake and a third of the team. Sundew and Lynx are forced to leave the others, in order to save them. Leaving Holly in charge. Now pushed into the role of leader, Holly must lead the remaining members of the fellowship into the unknown to reveal the secrets of the mind control . . . or die trying.
