This is the sequel to A Quest for Peace; a Legends: Dragonslayer Fanfic. If you have not read that yet, please read it. --- After Pyrrhia is at peace with scavengers, Winter, Moon, Qibli, Kinkajou, and Turtle go to Pantala to solve their problems with their scavengers, or reading monkeys. *Spoilers for anyone who hasn't read up to the latest Wings of Fire book (currently book 13)* *This takes place after the Wings of Fire Pantala series* A NEW WORLD BRINGS NEW PROBLEMS Tigerclaw was nothing but a little Hivewing dragonet growing in an egg when the Leafwings attacked and burned down the Hives. Even if they had almost caused her demise, Tigerclaw has always felt that she was in debt to the Leafwings. After all, it was because of them that she never got infected by the Breath of Evil's mind-controlling poison by Queen Wasp, and because of them, she would always be free from the Breath of Evil. Tigerclaw liked the idea of being free, knowing that she could go anywhere and do anything she wanted to do and no one could force her to do otherwise. Because of her great pride in her freedom, she wanted to live as free as possible. Away from her home, away from the Hivewings and the villages they are building, free from anyone that tried to stop her from feeling free. But Tigerclaw is about to learn that being free is never as easy as it seems. And new dangers are growing near. Dangers that Tigerclaw can't face alone.

When expanding jade mountain academy, a passage was found. It lead directly to a new land, unexplored. The queen of all 10 tribes got together, and decided to send a group of dragons to the strange new land. But as the dragons to through the tunnel, it collapses behind them, trapping them on this new continent. Just to make things worse, two new tribes live on this island, boulderwings and shadowwings, and are both out to kill them all...

Evergreen was always proud to be a famous Silkwing-Leafwing Hybrid, but she was an illegal but hidden breed. As the Silkwings and Leafwings were enemies, her own parents raised her together, hidden away in a small cave far at the western coast of Pantala. Evergreen lived on peacefully in the caves with her parents, until her Metamorphisis came. When she discovered she had flamesilk and a new danger occurred to risk Evergreen, she took this chance, her own secret weapon, to fight and save her loved ones.
