Around Halloween of 2018, I joined Wattpad for the first time and started writing Fanfiction, and I have to say, not only did my writing change a lot, from the kind of Fanfictions, to my general style on how I write, I learned a lot since creating my first account. This is a collection and discussion of these things I learned over the years, maybe someone else can use this as advise. This is Fanfiction-specific writing advice. Cover by ABSOL_ute

You could say so, the rain was batting the ocean, running from the clouds, the first time Unicorn Island had seen rain in a while, and just after the new kids arrived, too! How to learn to sing high and low notes are techniques that are not so different from each other. The goal is to increase your range on the high and low and which comes from practice but not from over-reaching for the right note as you can hurt yourself without going at this right way. The first thing you need to establish is what your true range encompasses. After you warm up do some scales singing upwards towards you highest note without straining your voice. Be honest here and only go as far as you can hold a good note in the higher range and note what it is. IT is best to use a piano or a virtual piano on your computer to find this note. Do the same for the lower range using a piano to find the note that you can comfortably get down to. Some things to consider here though are the chest voice and the head voice. These are loose terms to describe where the vibrations from your singing occur. When you hit higher notes you should be in your head voice where the vibrations should be felt in your mouth, teeth and sinuses and when you sing your low notes you should feel the vibrations emanate from your chest or lower throat at least. They almost feel like different ways of singing and crossing from these 'voices' can be a difficult thing to master but that does not come into learning to sing higher and lower notes.

This is the first book in the 3 Minute German series. You can start reading this book as a complete beginner and you'll be forming your own sentences by the end of the first chapter. In each lesson, you'll learn a few words and phrases that you'll be able to put together to form sentences. The good thing about the method in this book is that everything you learn is repeated throughout, so you'll never need to go back to recap anything. The words and phrases that you'll learn in this book will be useful to you in any German speaking country. A lot of traditional language courses either start by teaching you an endless list of pronunciation rules, or you learn phrases that aren't too useful for the beginner, such as how to talk about your family or your job. In 3 Minute German, you'll learn the most useful words first. Finally, the title... Obviously, you can't learn German in just three minutes, but you can learn it in three-minute chunks. Usually, when you learn something new, you start out with great enthusiasm and motivation, however, this dwindles very quickly. Instead, if you keep your learning to short daily bursts, you'll be able to maintain your motivation and you'll end up sticking with whatever it is you're learning. By keeping your learning to short chunks, you'll maintain your enthusiasm, it'll quickly become a daily habit, and you'll find you remember things much more easily. I hope you enjoy 🙂

Poor Caleb, he tracked mud all over his mommy's new rug.
