This is a story about a transgender man named Joshua Alcorn, or Leelah Alcorn, who recently took her own life. I'd like to share this story in how her perspective would be in her life, and how serious and heart-wrenching the event actually was. This story should answer the question of, "How did she feel during her life?" While I'm not completely accurate on how it might have been, I'm hoping that I've gotten somewhere close. In memory of Leelah Alcorn, I dedicate this book to her.

Some poetry is meant to be read at a certain time. Some lines are meant to bring you back, others to send you far away. This collection has no theme, nor will it ever. These poems are for "whenever you feel like it."

This story is dedicated to Leelah Alcorn. Rest in Paradise, Leelah. Ethan always seemed to like girly things. He liked barbies, dressing up in girls clothing, and wearing makeup. His parents were strong Catholics and believed that this was just a phase. When Ethan found out what transgender was, he was relived. He finally felt like he fit in. He immediately turned into she, and Ethan immediately turned into Emily. She started wearing girls clothes and makeup. But her parents- and her school- do not approve. How will Emily survive conversion therapy, threats, harassment, and having her parents be her worst nightmare? Can Emily survive this hell on earth?
