She sent him back with his right-arm Koo Shinju and his wife Ki Yoori. The former mountain God appreciates the fact that he is able to be reunited with his younger half brother Lee Rang, who in the present time, sacrificed his life span to bring him back to life and spend it with the woman he had loved for 600 years. Lee Rang while living during 2020 also built a strong relationship with Yoori, being his loyal server, Shinju and their adopted kid Sooho. They were living together as a happy family before he chose to sacrifice himself.
