The youngest of four siblings decides to go looking for her, but ends up failing and gets half a demon crammed into her. Takehiko, the missing girl's father, begs the Hokage to help and so Team Seven gets involved. After the abducted princess, a ravenette named Ichiki, is returned... well, things rapidly go downhill and then Sasuke leaves the village. Things get worse at that point.

It was the end and Sasuke had chosen who he wanted to be, and who he wanted to be with. Sasuke pledged allegiance to the village that massacred his entire clan and left him with nothing. Sasuke chose the team that did everything to make him stay in a village that would never provide him happiness. Sasuke chose the system, like he was expected to. Like Konoha expected him to. So Juugo watched as Karin pretended to be fine watching Sasuke leave with his new wife. And a question arose. What if? : : The next day, Karin woke up with the whole Team Taka staring at her, and demanded why the hell Sasuke had not left with his wife yet, to which Sasuke reacted by staring at her as if she was crazier than usual. And then she realised, that Juugo had created a different world, a Tsukyomi in a way, where Sasuke had beaten the system and chose the other path. A path that didn't involve Konoha, but Karin, and the rest of Team Taka. Naruto is the Jinchuuriki or the Human Sacrifice for the Nine-tailed Kitsune; Kurama. He has been since he was born, unfortunately however, what none know is that carrying him brings forth a very big risk and an even greater consequence. The consequence you may ask is that said jailor overtime of using and even housing said beast becomes sick; fatally ill. A disease that has no cure, because it ruins the chakra coils and taints the chakra; making it become black and foul. The jailor of the Kitsune; Kurama begins to feel weak, have headaches, pains, soft coughs and wheezes. Then overtime, they begin to feel very lethargic; as if they're not getting enough rest even when they sleep for a full 8-9 hours. Breathing becomes difficult, the coughs become harsh and very ragged with blood coming out as well. They feel to exhausted to do anything and even moving around to do the most simplest of tasks becomes a chore. Their chakra coils feel like they're on fire and their chakra feels heavy, weighted; as if instead of a liquid, what's running through the pathways was a solid. That is the consequence of carrying the Nine-tailed Kitsune and it's risks. Naruto knows he doesn't have much longer left to live, but he'll be damned if doesn't help his friends complete their dreams before he has to kiss the World of the living good-bye for good.
