The forests noticed first. Not kingdoms. Not councils. Not the ancient systems built to measure instability after it had already become catastrophe. The forests. Migration paths began shifting without season. Thermal currents failed to obey established patterns. Entire regions of wilderness started behaving like something beneath the world had remembered movement after centuries of forced stillness. Wind Archer Cookie notices the imbalance immediately. Unfortunately, so does Fire Spirit Cookie. Tracking a disturbance that refuses to remain localized means enduring volatile heat, philosophical arguments disguised as strategy meetings, and a legendary Cookie who treats caution like a personal insult. The problem: the anomalies are spreading. The worse problem: they're beginning to synchronize. And somewhere between collapsing ecosystems, unfinished arguments, and far too much shared proximity- something dangerously personal begins taking shape between wind and fire. Because some disasters are not caused by destruction. Some begin when two forces that were never meant to remain close start refusing to separate.
