So basically Dark cacao/sea fairy was seeing millennial tree(pure vanilla) and affogato(frost queen) wants to stop that shit from happening so he put his curse on Dark cacao/sea fairy so when he drops his sword he freezes

Only way to find out is through the adventure of the bravest cookie of all... for he will show true courage and to find the truth of the forgotten kingdoms to save all of Earthbread again. -----------------------
