When Ron woke up, he discovered something unbelievable-he had died and been reincarnated as Kyogre, the ancient leviathan of the sea. No longer bound by human weakness, his very existence sent shockwaves across the world. With a single movement of his massive fins, he could unleash hundred-meter tsunamis, and with a mere breath, he could flood entire regions. What was once myth had now become reality-broadcasted live across the globe. As Ron roamed the oceans, slaying sea monsters and reclaiming the abyss, humanity watched in awe and terror. He became the Alpha Pokémon of the seas, and with his awakening, other forgotten legends began to stir. The appearance of Kyogre exposed the possibility of even greater beings-Groudon, who slumbers beneath the earth's crust, and Rayquaza, the sky sovereign who dwells in the ozone layer. Scientists were baffled: "What kind of creature is this? How can it summon cataclysmic storms and tsunamis just by moving its fins? None of this makes any sense!" Netizens were hysterical: "What! This giant whale controls the sea itself? It just created a storm like it was nothing!" The world trembled: "If there's a Kyogre, then what other unimaginable beings exist? Have we been blind to the gods of this world all along?" And Ron himself declared with divine authority: "I am the God of the Sea. My only goal is to grow stronger, conquer Groudon, and unravel the mysteries hidden in the deepest oceans." (Under some grammar checking, so please wait)

It's completely man-made, created after the Aura War. The Aura War was caused by failing economies and infamous organizations. It took the combined efforts of six willing League Champions to restore order and peace to the land. When the war ended, they deemed that too many people were neglecting society to become pokemon trainers, and not enough remained to support the world's finances. After the Aura War, new laws appeared. Any aspiring pokemon trainers would either need a sponsor or a scholarship to travel the region, collect badges, and challenge the pokemon league. Everyone else was subjected to education and put into the workforce to maintain economies and the peace. And now, the story begins with a new teacher, fresh from his journey as a pokemon trainer. Jay Jhoews' scholarship has run out, and he needs to make enough money to go out once again, to become a Pokemon Master. But everything is about to change. A new organization emerges from the shadows, not unlike those who controlled the world during the war. And Jay will be dragged right into the middle of it, whether he wants to or not.
