Miya's day to day life is more boring than a Pokemon Rancher's. He spends his days Doing nothing but cleaning his parents home and admiring Pokemon from afar. Just as he came to terms with the fact he would never lead a meaningful life, he meets Akari, a hotheaded and ambitious Pokemon trainer who is in way over her head. Together with his friend Rei, Miya and Akari take on the challenges presented to them by living in a Pokemon run world; and while their goal is to complete the worlds first Pokedex, it seems that in the process they may just shatter the very myths and legends that Hisui's civilizations have built their foundations on for centuries... (Cover is temporary) Note: This fic is an AU set during the time period of Pokemon: Legends Arceus. Miya is an OC based around this universe, but all other characters will be canon. Y/n was just your average male, but had a bit of a crossdressing habit, due to his parents not having enough money to buy clothes for him, and having to resort to his older sister's hand-me-downs. Y/n did have a crush on a girl in his school, her name being Alicia Wright. However, after confessing his feelings to her, she rejects him. Heartbroken, and realizing almost the entire school watched this happen, Y/n runs out of the school, distraught by what had happened. As Y/n drowns out his sorrows, a big storm comes, and puts Y/n right into the pit. As Y/n closes his eyes, ready to die, he hears a voice of someone name Arceus. Upon turning Y/n's phone into the Arc Phone, Y/n now must explore the Hisui region, and seek out all the Pokémon. But during that time, he meets people who will change his life forever.

I check my watch. 9:32 January 24th, My 16th birthday. As soon as I see the date, I spring out of bed, still in my checker pattered P.Js. Today was the day I was going to get my first Pokémon.
