If you've never read The Book of Mormon, I suggest you do (it's amazing), but even I know how confusing and hard to read it can be written in what I like to call "Scripture Language" (yes, I'm talking there's and thou's, notwithstanding's and nevertheless's, and "Behold it came to pass"'s) but when you stop and really think about it, if you simplify the stories so their easy to read, they're actually really interesting and exciting. That is exactly what I am going to do with this book. This volume will include most of the events described in the book of 1st Nephi. I do not consider any of these stories my original work, but true history. All characters and concepts are taken from The Book of Mormon, the book of 1st Nephi. At the beginning of each of my chapters I will give the chapters in 1st Nephi in which these events happen. In invite all of my readers to go back after reading one of my chapters and to read the actual account from the perspective of Nephi.
