A short horror story. No blood or gore, just good a old fashioned spine chilling scare. P.s. This contains a large literary allusion to Edgar Allan Poe's "The Raven" and "Ligeia." You don't need to read them ahead of time to understand the story, but it is a lot better if you understand this.

William has grown up with Lenore. She's always been the light of his life, his best friend since they'd met. But what will he do without her? When a new girl, Raven, comes into his life, what comes next? Basically The Raven by Edgar Allan Poe but not.

This is the story of Lenore Auden and the madness she was plagued with. Her life was shattered when the dreaded Apocalypse began with the start of nuclear warfare. Her mother died by an airborne virus and her sister was murdered by infected wolves. Now, only Lenore and her father are left. When the Post-Apocalypse dawns, Lenore believes her life will change for the better. She believes the world can be rebuilt. But when she journeys into the woods, that belief is quickly extinguished by a mysterious stranger clothed in black. As Lenore and her father take up the quest to journey to a Safe Haven, Lenore finds herself haunted by the man in black. No matter what she does to escape him, he is always there, shrouded in shadow and hidden amongst dying trees. The undead, viruses, mutant wolves, and meteors only add to the trouble. "Sometimes death comes knocking, but no one is there to answer the door." In 1881, an asylum is the last place a girl like Lenore, who has lost her sanity, wants to end up. Her family has tried to help her themselves, but after the death of her father and a deep spiral into the world of her mind, the only thing she seems to have left are the stories that she hears... in her head. Her mother must find a way to restrain Lenore's darkness, before it finds its way into the town she inhabits... if it hasn't already. This book is a frame for metaphorical thinking and short stories. The frame you hear here is not nearly as interesting as the paintings within :)

A main plot with subplots honestly. With Roman Dirge's creepy goofs and giggles. Lenore + Ragamuffin ship vibes. Gonna try to update when I can. Hope you enjoy this crazy fan-fic.

To be or not to be? that, is Shakespeare. Sorry, a parody of Edgar Allen Poe's most famous poem,"Macbet-" I mean, "The tell tale raven". It's a story about a boy who is in love with this girl at a party and it was love at firs--er, forget what I said,(that's Romeo and Juliet) I meant about this man who lives alone and..well..just read it, I bet everyone knows this by now and I bet it had won many Oscars.....if it were made by Disney or something. The thing that I'm most worried about is just being alone without anybody to care for or someone who will care for me" -Anne Hathaway Monica Lenore has always lived a lonely life. I mean it's right in the name, Monica meaning Solitary. At a young age Monica learned to never get close to someone, because when they leave it'll break your heart. What bothers Monica most are the pitying stares of her peers and strangers. She had mostly gotten over the grief and guilt from the loss of her family, she didn't need the constant reminder she was different than the rest. Hopping from foster home to foster home, Monica never stays in one place long enough to make any friends, which is fine by her. At age 17 Monica finally thinks her life is looking up. Soon she'll be 18 and won't have to be in foster homes and can happily live her sorrowful life in peace. This thought comes crumbling down when she attends Ryerland High School in New York. Monica stirs up a storm in the small town with just her mysterious background and downcast look.She's deemed the social outcast until she runs into classmate Hunter Michaels. Bearing a mysterious and lonely past of his own, this bad boy has earned the title of player because of how he never dates a girl for too long before getting rid of her. Is there a method for his madness or is he one of the guys just looking for a good bang?

Each line is different to each being. Each line is in a different view. Luara knows this, and now her view of the line between world of Apparitions and Reality is blurred. Lorilei and the mysterious man known only as "Nos" are the only people that remain the same and the only people who make her fully happy. Why? This collection of stories is centered on a singular subject — the existence of an external world in the depersonalized Luara. The existence of death, the existence of memories, the existence of reality in world where someone is detached from everything.
