In which the Ultimate Linguist finds herself trapped in the Killing Game, and has to reckon with the idea that others might not be as predictable as she once thought. OR: If Akira Sakamoto understands anything, it's human communication. She knows how people's voices change when they're afraid, how they'll use certain tactics to drive conversations in a specific direction, and how their word choices can mean the difference between guilt and innocence, no matter how trivial they might seem. When Hope's Peak Academy doesn't turn out to be quite what she expected when she was invited to attend as their Ultimate Linguist, she should be perfectly equipped to survive and work with her classmates to uncover the truths of the mysteries surrounding their situation. Unfortunately, life in the killing game would never be that simple, and Akira finds herself faced with a group of people who rarely fit the patterns that she's become so familiar with. As she investigates murders committed by teenagers, participates in court cases mediated by a psychotic teddy bear, and interacts with her classmates (some of whom seem determined to remain unreadable), Akira is forced to reevaluate her worldview in order to survive and fight the mastermind. ⚠️New premise⚠️ Shuichi and Leon were always close. They were best friends, and absolutely inseparable. They understood each other more than they understood themselves..at least, that's what Shuichi thought it was like. He'd do anything for Leon. Anything... Though, that all changed. The accusation, the sentence..and now, the confession Leon had confided Shuichi in. Now he held a secret, something he promised he'd take to the grave.. But just how far is he willing to go to keep it?...I guess he'll have to find out. This isn't a ship, just a little au I have where every character who shares a va with someone is related in some way. In this case, Leon and Shuichi are distant cousins.

Makoto naegi, who is flung into this along with the other students, is finding it somewhat challenging to begin conversation with all of his classmates considering he mostly stuck to kyoko kirigiri and aoi asahina and not many others. So what does he do when he suddenly begins conversation with one of the most famous idols out of the bunch? Will he just shrug off their cheesy one liners and heartfelt words as mere play, or will he realize it's something else? Something more...romantic than that.

Look I'm not really going to take this seriously so don't expect a novel. I'm not aiming to be an author when I'm older, I'm just doing this for fun.
