L'ispirazione mi è venuta leggendo una poesia di Leopardi che ha proprio la ginestra come soggetto

-O la borsa o la vita!- gridò il brigante. Ma non sapeva di essersi scelto male la sua vittima: infatti era un filosofo! Brevi storielle dove un povero brigante si trova a fronteggiare di volta in volta i maggiori esponenti del pensiero filosofico occidentale.

A modern interpretation of the original dialogue between fashion and death by Giacomo Leopardi. Leopardi is best known for this body of work that contributes to the ontological metaphor between decay and its prominence in both fashion and death. Though it's a great start, fashion's latest innovations and disparities make it the perfect candidate to re-approach in the twenty-first century. In this new interpretation I dive into re-imagining the dialogue through the cultural lens of Yoruba. With this, brings the introduction of two new personas: beauty (ẹwa) and mayhem (ariwo). Both of which I believe are instrumental in the retelling of this story.

IN THE PROCESS OF REWRITING!!! Being the new girl at school always sucked but what made it worse was that it was the middle of 8th grade and everybody already had their friend groups all sorted out. Hannah Rose Miller is the cousin of Billy Hayes and when she is put into a group for an English project at school will she become friends with the three boys in her group? They don't know that Hayes is her cousin and she wants to keep it that way, yet she dosent want him to pick on them either, so when the opportunity comes for the boys to do something about Hayes will Hannah help them, try and shut it down or will they not tell her? When Hannah starts to have feelings for one of the guys in the group with it affect her relationship with the others, who is it, Book? Mouth? Or Joey? I decided to write a sticks and stones story because it's one of my favourite movies and there are barely any fanfics. So here's one :)
