If you wish to become a demigod, explore Camp Half-blood and spend some time with Leo Valdez; you've come to the right place. This a series of one-shots based on the novel series, "Heroes of Olympus" by Rick Riordan. Hence, I do not take credit for any characters nor the setting in which my stories take place. Thank you for giving my book a chance and I thoroughly hope that you like reading it as much I enjoyed writing it. I wish to give the experience that so many other writers have given me, no matter how small the audience. Dear Leo, Well, I just survived another day at Camp Half-Blood, although I don't know how I did without you. From my window, I can see the stars. They remind me of you, a spark of light in my darkened world. We all miss you here at camp. I know I do. You were, and still are a hero, Leo. I bet the history books will write about you. You aren't just the hero of the world though, you're my hero, and I'd give anything to see you again. I'll always remember you. Your warm smile, your awful, but hilarious jokes, your determination when working on a machine, your bravery. I will always keep these things in my heart as long as I live.

It was the first of of school at The Wilderness Academy for y/n. All she wanted was a normal day and she got her wish. Well until a monster attacked. And she took a trip down the Grand Canyon. This is a clean book so there is no smut or bad language written in here. Although there is probably a lot of bad grammar. Everything belongs to Uncle Rick Riordan besides my own few touches. In this story you are the legacy of Hermes, and daughter of Poseidon. You dont discover you are a demigod until you make it to camp. You've always thought you were just a legacy. At camp, you meet a certain demigod who gives off an attractive vibe. This son of Hephastus is a jokester that gives evryone a good time. When you stumble upon something you shouldn't have, you discover he isn't the persona he shows. It's all a mask to make sure no one hurts the way he does. As monsters threaten to invade camp, you get ready for another war. With Leo and the demigods by your side, what could go wrong.

Sure, Y/N had been seeking a change in landscape. It was only natural for someone like her, trapped in a tedious town with people who would never understand her tendencies, to want something out of the ordinary, even if just for a moment. One day, she decides to try shifting, and her world is changed; possibly forever. Flares is based off the song of the same name by The Script.
