The strikes settled and life is going pretty good for the newsies... until it isn't. Strange things keep happening to the newsies and it only keeps getting worse. Race is navigating what it means to be a family and have faith in his friends. Through the hard times and the fights, and that Jack "won't let him do nothin'" as he would say. He's having a hard time depicting what is a good decision and a bad one. And if the right one could be bad? Jack's struggling with what it means to be a good leader. And weather his family or his duties as a leader should come first. He's overwhelmed and confused. Spot his hard exterior and stubbornness may cause him some problems in the near future. Spot learns some lessons from friends about how important it is to ask for help when needed, before things get too out of hand. He also needs to learn how to manage his not-so-secret crush on a certain Blonde Manhattan Newsboy. Davey's just trying to be there for the others, with trying to not get his little brother killed and Trying to not lose his mind with Jack's decisions. The newsies are terrified. Follow the newsies on an adventure of heartbreak, and love, happiness and pain, anger and sadness... and through what might be the starting of a borough wide war. ⚠️I swear quite a bit during this fic so if you are uncomfortable with that I don't think it's best to read it. Also there will be some violence so just a heads up for that.⚠️

The reader gets a Newsies costume from somewhere, and then they and their brother go to their grandparents, and their grandparents have a magic wardrobe and the reader gets pulled into the closet and ends up in Brooklyn, a little while before the strike and it is the plot of the Broadway show. And the reader has to finish the story to get back to the present time. What happens when they fall for the smart mouthed reporter?

It's been over 20 years since the strike. Luna and the rest of her friends have finally found peace. That is, until a fire rips through the suburbs, killing several people close to her. And the fire was no accident. Now, they must all join together to find the one who started to flames.

"Davey still had absolutely no idea how to handle those feelings. It wasn't quite the problem during the strike. Davey was kind of too busy surviving during those days. But after the strike, when he spends every day selling his papers with Jack, his emotions seem to grow stronger every single day. He knew he shouldn't be in love with a boy, he simply couldn't be! It would destroy his whole reputation, his parents' love for him, his friendship with Jack... his whole damn life would be ruined." With the strike settled, everything should be going quite well for Davey Jacobs. There's one small, but honestly huge problem, Davey finds himself having feelings he shouldn't have for his best friend... Jack wants to know what got Davey feeling so down lately. The other newsies just want to help their former strike leaders.

April fools is Racetrack's favorite day of the year, but when Jack and Davey ditch him he conspires with Sarah to pull the biggest prank yet, and convince Jack and Davey they are dating! but will they take the plan too far?

Blitz is left to fend for herself on the streets of Brooklyn, New York. After being locked up in the refuge for a year, she breaks out and falls in with Jack Kelly, going to the Newsies lodging house in Manhattan where she finally finds friends. Racetrack seems to consider her more than a friend, and the Delancey brothers most certainly don't consider her a friend at first, but her life seems to have changed for the better. But, when the Delancey brothers find out her secret, she knows that her newfound relationships may very well be in danger, and so is Racetrack . How far will Blitz go to keep her secret?

Jack Kelly and his friends are on a vacation in England, visiting historical sites, when Jack touches something he shouldn't and ends up in an alternate version of the world. This world is at war, and Jack Kelly never existed in this world.
