Maxine "Max" Halstead, the youngest Halstead sibling starts working at Firehouse 51. As Squad's new candidate, get's accepted fast by everyone and get's along great with everyone as well. A few pranks here and there, laughs, everything that you get from a firehouse. As Jay and Will, made clear (or asked) Squad and the Firefighter's to keep an eye on her.

Alexa Stewart is a sweet and caring person, when she joins 51 she immediately connects with everyone as she just plays along with their games. By playing pranks on Otis, after he played it on her to creating it with him, cooking with Mills, watching TV with Mouch, listening to Herrmann when her talks about his family, listening to Gabby and Shay's crazy ambulance stories, hanging out with Squad's Lieutenant Kelly Severide to Lieutenant Matthew Casey. 51's member's love her, like they love everyone they work with. There are twits and turns in every members life, but 51 is a family who'll be there for one another no matter what.

Guadalupe Martínez-Rodríguez is a new transfer to Firehouse 51. She fits in easily and loves it there. Guadalupe becomes really good friends with Joe Cruz and Otis. Guadalupe loves the structure of the firehouse and the people there. Guadalupe spends a lot of time with Otis, slowly following in love with him. She always thought Otis was cute and funny. One day while Otis and Guadalupe were hanging out, things turn out way differently than what Guadalupe thought would happen.
