What if Eponine lives? Why should her story end at the barricade? Such an undeserving fate for probably the most deserving character. This is a story of all her previous feelings and how her life goes on. What if Marius realizes he might like Eponine, or will he stay faithful to Cosette? What if she moves on? Should she take her escape of death as a sign to move on from Marius and all of her life she had before and make a new life for herself... Trigger warnings: mentions of sexual assault, self-harm, and suicide. Christianity is mentioned several times but is not the main focus of the story. No language or sexual content. She needs connection. He needs healing. They're both afraid to reach out for different reasons. She was called Aurélia. Her past is traumatic - what little she can remember of it anyway. She wanted to be understood and to be seen, to be comforted and to be loved. Yet the one who she realizes she wants to trust is cold around her. Stoic, some might say. There was no seeing through those icy blue eyes, the very eyes that had her captivated from the start. His name was Enjolras. He hated two things: that she wasn't okay and that he cared so much about it. He knew Aurélia needed solace, but he kept himself from reaching out. His past when it came to women was filled with scars he feared were forever seared into his soul. What if she was just like the women with whom he grew up? What if reaching out would only hurt him the way it did years ago? But the longer Aurélia waits, the harder it will be to find the healing she needs. And time is running out. Enjolras is planning something that is bound to take off any time now - something for which he is very much willing to give his life. Will they find each other and find the peace they both need? Or will it be too late before they notice the connection they've had all along?

Rayne is a street rat struggling to keep her brother and sister alive through the cold winter. When she rescues Enjolras, a quiet but severe and stern boy, she shows him to be himself and to use his words for good. Her quick wit and cunning tenacity will be of great use to the ABC Amis, and they will find they can't live on without her. She tries to find ways to help without letting her brother know too much about her intentions and the secrets she hides from him. She wants to fight with them but she also finds herself falling for one of the boys when her grandfather has other plans for her. What will become of little Estee? (This is a completed story)

This is my first Les Misérables FanFiction. It's about Gavroche and his relationships with the different members of Les Amis de l'ABC. What begins as resentment slowly becomes admiration, then love- but revolutions demand sacrifice, and love offers no protection from fate. When the barricades finally rise, Amélie refuses to stand aside. Together, she and Enjolras make their final stand, fighting not only for the France they dream of, but for one another, until the very last shot is fired.

Cassandra Apollo is the twin sister to Enjolras and is co chief for the revolution and wanted no personal ties or as little as possible. Then at one of the earlier meetings a boy and a man walk in.
